Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP)		The HACC PYP is funded and managed by the Victorian Department of Health for residents living in Victoria aged under 65. The HACC PYP supports Victorians with chronic illness, mental health issues, disability or other conditions to optimise their health and wellbeing with support.
Public Transport Victoria: Access Travel Pass		An Access Travel Pass enables eligible people with a disability that can’t use a myki to travel free on Victoria’s public transport.
Multi Purpose Taxi Program		The Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) assists with accessibility and mobility needs by offering subsidised commercial passenger vehicle (CPV) fares to eligible members. Members receive a 50% discount on the total fare, up to $60 per trip. Some restrictions may apply. The program does not cover the full cost of a taxi fare.
